Chi Kung

 

 

Chi Kung (Qigong) is a part of Chinese Traditional Medicine and consists of 18 separate exercises

that are designed to promote to flow of chi (life energy) in the body and so promote and maintain health. 

Unlike Western keep-fit, the 18 exercises are done slowly and with little effort.

Chi Kung is therefore suitable for all age groups, including seniors.

Mondays from 7pm to 8pm starting 4th September.  £1/week.
